Weblogic and workshop 7

Hi,

I have a few queries about Weblogic and Workshop 7:
1. Does weblogic server 7 provide Web Services Manager to enforce and manage the
security of web services without programming? The WSM must support SAML for
interoperability between different security systems.
2. Can I develop business process orchestration (BPEL) in workshop 7? I
understand workshop 8 has such feature, but not sure whether Workshop 7 has as
well.
3. If Weblogic 7 doesn't provide above features, any WSM and BPEL tools that can
be installed on Weblogic application server 7.
