Workshop 9.2 Usage Performance Issues

We have a client that is using 9.2 Workshop that has recently been taking WAY
TOO LONG when editing projects.

The machine spec is 4 Gig RAM and plenty of CPU.

With OR Without the server running, and even after a reeboot of the machine this
is an issue and it is adversely affecting development.

I once had this issue on 8.5 and it was Workshop having issues with 2 jar files
that contained the same component that were clashing.

Any clues to how to troublesoot this would be of great help, including setting
some type of verbose reporting when kicking off Workshop.
