Do you use Workshop shortcut to launch the product?
Cross check if the vm path defined in the
Workshop_HOME\workSpaceStudio_1.1\workSpaceStudio - workSpaceStudio.ini file
actually contains the Java installation.
NOTE: Workshop 10.2 is not certified on Vista but I was able to successfull |
