Error message connecting to database xa_start (40000)
returns -7

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knows what the cause of the following error is:

xa_start (40000) returns -7

We are using a third-party application that connects to a SQL Server 2000
database and we are seeing this error today.  I can't seem to find any
information about it.  I can post the full stack trace from the jdbc logs if
necessary.
