regarding datasource in weblogic server

Hi All,

while creating datasource i am getting the following error

[b]  An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for
details.  
  weblogic.application.ModuleException:  
  weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection. The DBMS
driver exception was: invalid arguments in call [/b] 

i am connecting to oracle server and i am giving all The 
details eventhough i am getting exception
i am using weblogic 10.0 version

please help me as soon as possible
