As far as I know we don't support (or test) JMS over IIOP from WL server to WL 
server -- only from "thin client" to server.   

I don't know why IIOP manages to work through the NAT while T3 doesn't.   

Perhaps you can also try "http", which is actually T3 tunnelled
through HTTP packets.   HTTP tunneling may actually perform better than IIOP
anyway (believe it or not!)   To get this to work, you need to specifically
enable tunneling/http for the channel.

You might also try configuring the "external listen address" on each
server, which is intended for servers that need to handle an address on the
other side of a NAT/firewall.
