Thanks for the reply. 

Servers are not in cluster. Actually the queues in other servers are not really
aware of the incoming message. When I publish message in my local weblogic
server, a copy of this message has to be send to a queue in the remote servers.
Remote servers dont have MDB's to subscribe for messages. I thought SAF can do
that. I created the topic in imported destination and I am unsuccessful. Please
help.
