Configure JMS Resources on EAR Deploy?

Is this possible?  I want to - rather that configure the FileStore, 
Factories, Modules, etc in the console and then configure the queues via 
the -jms.xml file I want to configure *all* of that on deployment of an 
EAR resource.  I'm thinking it's not possible given that the none of the 
weblogic descriptors appear to allow that.  Then there's also the fact 
that it's entirely possible to foul up the configuration in the 
descriptors leaving your weblogic server possibly broken or unusable.

The long and short is I want to automate the creation of these resources 
so I can make less work for my deployment people.
