It looks like there was a problem during initial deployment, in the log you
posted it indicates a resource failed to get created by the XACML authorization
provider, it would seem you are out disk space:
ou=Policies,ou=XACMLAuthorization,ou=myrealm,dc=prismaDomain' MODIFY to
