Similar to this in http://forums.bea.com/thread.jspa?threadID=570001048 this
really is an issue. I'm not finding min/max constraints to have an affect, or
it's a "fuzzy" affect at best.
Frankly, the goals are suspect if I have a tuned application and know I'm going
to need a minimum number of threads to service my requests. Am I forced to kick
of 150 threads in a startup servlet to force the container to spa |
