I've only taken a quick look at 10, but these should still be the same, so if
you want to add your custom div under body you would do it the same as 8.1 ,
i.e. modify body.jsp under your skeleton. if you want to change an existing
skeleton , youll probably have to copy the page first from the merged project
view and get it to your project and modify it.

As far as the no table layout is concerned , create your own custom layout and
use it. use the existing column layout samples as your template
