| WLP 8.1 upgraded to 10 MP1 missing portlets after apply |

We're in the process of upgrading our WLP 8.1 SP5 portal to WLP 10 MP1. We're
seeing a very strange issue where if we apply roles and entitlements to our
portlets, they no longer display on pages that have them (and users are entitled
to them). Has anybody come across this issue before?
