ServletContext attributes

Hi,

I have a question regarding Weblogic 8.1 servlet context attributes..I had been
using JMX to retrieve certain Configuration and Runtime MBeans in weblogic 8.1
(sp1, and sp5), but recently noticed that these MBeans are available as
attributes in the ServletContext itself. I have not been able to locate
documentation in Weblogic8.1 online documentation that guarantees that these
attributes are always provided.
Can someone point me to suitable documentation that says in effect that Weblogic
8.1 provides these MBeans via ServletContext? Or if there are exceptional cases
where these MBeans may not be provided( maybe certain service patches?), I would
be very grateful if someone could let me know .
