Converting weblogic 9.1 server to windows service

Hi, 
i know that this post is rather similar to

but there were still no working solutions.

I have initially installed Weblogic v9.1 in 2 remote servers without selecting
installing node manager as windows services. But now i want to have the weblogic
server to restart automatically without uninstalling the existing weblogic.

I could not find installSvc.cmd or installNTservices in v9.1, so i'm not sure if
there is a way to convert the weblogic server to windows service and make it
appear in the services management console.
