When I last used Web Services with WebLogic (version 8.1) there was a useful
WebLogic Server startup property (weblogic.webservice.verbose -
http://edocs.bea.com/wls/docs81/webserv/trouble.html#1066131) that gave a trace
of the SOAP message for Web Service calls.
This does not work on WebLogic 9.2 and I can not find anything similar in the
BEA documents.
