This is almost certainly a bug in the JAX-WS 2.0.1 RI that is bundled in WLS
10.0. Note that this version of the JAX-WS RI is not in either Glassfish v1
(includes JAX-WS 2.0 RI) or Glassfish v2 (includes JAX-WS 2.1.1, I think).
The WLS 10.3 Technology Preview bundles the JAX-WS 2.1.2 RI. Since the RI's
HandlerPipe classes were refactored in Metro sometime between 2.0.1 and 2.1.2,
the WLS 10.3 TP behavior should be the same as Glassfish v2. You might try
downloading 10.3 TP and trying it.
