You need a template.  You can create a custom template.  You can even add to the
template if you want to add workshop or portal.  I use the wls and then add
templates to it.  I have also created my own template.  Why do you not want to
have a template?  You need a template of some sort in order to build your
domain.  You are trying to build a house but without studs or rafters or
