Have you been looking at the certificate of the server you try to access through
HTTPS ?
The exception says that the certificate is invalid or corrupted, so I would look
there first.
If you connect to another WL server, then you should look at the identity
keystore of that server.
Or do you connect to an existing web server, and is it properly configured for
SSL ?
Just simple things, but it may help...
