WESB/WID 6.1. Web Services. Export with WS binding. Error

Sometimes when I try to test a ws bound export component from the "Test
Component" menu item a window "Error" pops up and the messages
says "An error has occured. See error log for more details."<br

The question is where the log is?<br />
<br />
I do not think it should be the server log since we do not event get to the step
of  trying to execute it. Should be in the wid install or project area.<br
/>

Do you know where it is?<br />
