en error when creating a process

i want to create a process at integration developer but when i  creating a
process, i saw an error message <br />
message is that<br />
<br />
"Unable to create part."<br />
"An error has occured when activating this view."<br />
<br />
Also there is an message process editor.<br />
<br />
"An error has occurred when creating this editor."<br />
<br />

i tried new workspace but it didn't work. <br />
i think problem is not that because i can create a new business object, rule
group.... only <br />
