Unable to install WSDD 5.7 on Windows Vista Basic

It's impossible for me to install WebSphere Studio Device Developer on Windows
Vista Basic, I report below the log.txt file with error inside about the
installation (in bold character the error row). Do you know how can I deploy
this software on my machine.

WebSphere Studio Device Developer was developed before Vista, and is 
unsupported on the Vista platform. Be aware of this if you intend to use 
it. Or talk to your IBM sales representative to find out what *is* 
supported on Vista :-)

 From the look of it, the installer is trying to write in a place that 
Vista no longer lets ordinary users write. Perhaps you can install it as 
  Administrator rather than a normal user?
