DB2 datas ource error, unable to connect please help

I am using RAD7 on Windows with DB2 v8.2 and on trying to run an application i
get the following error (ERROR1) if i remove the 'useTransactionRedirect' from
the data source configuration i get the second error log (ERROR2) i attached the
full error logs in error1.txt  ... i thought the more info i put in the better
