Error thrown by servlet

Hi,
   I am implementing Spring Framework in RAD7.0.
When I am trying to return ModelAndView from the controller,it throws an error 
 SRVE0068E: Uncaught exception thrown in one of the service methods of the

Please let me know the cause of the error at the earliest as I am stuck up here
for a long time.
