| IBM WSAD v 5.1.2 conforms to Java 1.3.1 - which version for 1.4? |

Hello,
I am using IBM WSAD v 5.1.2. It is conforming to Java 1.3.1 specification as I
can find from the Manifest file of the rt.jar in the location:- C:\Program
Files\IBM\WebSphere Studio\Application Developer\v5.1.2\eclipse\jre\lib\rt.jar
As a result I am unable to use Character.toString('a') method as this was
introduced in Java 1.4.
Which version of IBM WSAD should I get to have the Java 1.4 specification. Also,
is there a list in the IBM website where I can find out the various versions and
there Java specifications?
