hibernate in wsad5.1 query

Hi,
I am trying to configure a server in  IBM wsad5.1. The application uses
Hibernate.
After starting the server it goes to a certain point and then gives the below
error:
?org.hibernate.impl.SessionFactoryObjectFactory  Not binding factory to JNDI, no
JNDI name configured?
The status of the server becomes ?starting? for a long time and never goes to
?started? after this.
I have done the server configurations. If anyone has come across this issue
before please could you throw some light on it.
