I just encountered this problem after upgrading my local test environment from
6.0.0.0 to 6.0.2.17.
The apparent cause of this problem is that RAD lost track of the underlying WAS
6.0 runtime because of the upgrade and so I had to add a new definition of the
runtime (and therefore a new server definition).
I'll post again if I discover I need to do anything else.
