Restore Problem with WSS 2.0 in New Server

Hi,

I have to migrate WSS 2.0 to new server of different domain. I have installed
the WSS in new server and I try to restore (the STSADM backup) backup of old one
to new server through command line (stsadm -o restore -url <New site URL>
-filename <OldBackup.dat> -overwrite). I'm getting the below error.

Your backup is from a different version of Windows SharePoint Services and
cannot be restored to a server running the current version.

In New Server,I'm using SQL server 2000 (Version 8.00.2039). The OS is Server
2003 SP2. In old server it was windows server 2003 SP1. I'm using WSS 2.0 in
both server (version 11.0.7969.0)

Can anyone Please tell me the Solution?

Make sure both the servers have the same SP & updates for both Windows as
well as the SQL Server. When they match then take the backup and restore.
