Hiiiiii,
why i can't access my web from another pc, but i can access from my pc..
my iis setting like this "anonymous access" Disabled
"Basic authentification" Enabled.
Please advise..

You already authenticated on your own PC, but you are not authenticated from a
remote PC. If you have no way to authenticate from the remote PC, you will not
be able to access your web.
Is it prompting you for a login?

First, define "access". Most common cause is a firewall or router
between the two. It's not IIS and it's not ASP.NET, so you probably want to do
a Google search for home networking or how to publish a web site.
