How to host an ASP.net 2.0 website on 2003 server IIS 6.0

Hi 

    i am developing a new website for my own use on .net 2.0 frame work. i am
using VS2005 for designing and code purpose. i have the code and design
completed to certain extent, i want to know how to host this developed pages on
to the 2003 server with IIS 6.0 . I remember earlier in VS2003 there was an
option called a Release  Mode using which the files needed for hosting the site
use to generate. Using Xcopy method files were transfer on to host machine. My
question is under VS2005 i dint find any option called release for hosting
purpose. Can any one guide me how to host the site.
