Is Hostdepartment for real?

Hi, 

I just stumble my way to hostdepartment(dot)com and could not believe their
offer. Windows hosting this cheap? In South Africa is cost an arm and a leg to
host anything so I am kinda looking for an affordable host taking into account
the exchange rate between the Dollar and our Rand. I have seen Brinkster, they
look cool but I am tempted to checkout Hostdepartment.

If you like it, go for it. :) Just check if they provide money back guarantee,
in that way if you are not happy they will return your money and you will not
take a great risk. :)
