All my contacts appear offline, HELP!

All my contacts appear offline, HELP!

Hi everyone

I hope you can help me as I have a really frustrating problem and I can't
find anywhere telling me how to fix it.

Recently I've had a couple of contacts tell me they can't see me when I'm
online and vice versa. However, today all of my contacts are appearing
offline, even when I know them to be online.

I have tried restarting my computer and reinstalling WLM but I still have
the same problem. In fact, the problem still persists when I log into Web
Messenger.

Does anyone have any ideas or know anyone I can contact for help?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give

Kind regards

If it doesn't work with web messenger I think it's a fair bet to say
it's a server side problem.

I had the same problem when using webmessenger and version 7 but the 8.5
version worked fine. Anyway to get it to work with all versions MS had
to do a "re-sync" of my account, I don't know what it means but i
fixed it.

I think you should contact the support:
https://support.live.com/default.aspx?productkey=wlmessenger

Also you could try to set up another account and add yourself, run one
account in webmessenger and the other in client to see If you can see
yourself online.
