Overriding security for local admins

I'm trying to create a document library w/ WSS that is only viewable by a very
limited number of users.

Every member of our small IT department is a domain administrator, and since we
maintain the Sharepoint server, we need the Domain Admins group to be a local
administrator on the server.

But in this case, I need to block all the domain administrators from viewing
this document library, and create a group of just the users I want able to view
it.  I've been searching for a solution to my problem for the last two hours
with no luck.  Does anyone here have any ideas?
