| 4x6 card margins print not what set for |

I set my print margins up in WP11 and check with a print preview but when I
print to HP 1012 laserjet they are off.
Just started doing this and used to print exactly like shown in print
preview. Have tried everything nothing helps cure the problem.

Charles,
Other software like my Photo Brush, Photo Imaging and EditPad print out
perfect margins as I specified in page set up. I have downloaded the latest
driver for the printer & re-installed it and the printer. Still same problem
only on WP11.
Only changes my margins when printing a card such as 4x6, all margins print
out OK on 8.5x11 std. sheet.

That is correct also on 3x5 5x8 etc.
Also other software, only on WP11 it moves the image over to the right side
of card leaving a wide margin on the left side.

Jack,
1. It may be that your printer driver has become corrupted. Do you get
the same problem printing from other applications? If so, try deleting
your printer driver in the standard Windows printer dialog. While
there, also do File, Server Properties, Drivers tab, and delete the
drivers as well. Then re-install the printer. It would be a good time
to check for updated printer drivers from the manufacturer's web site.
2. Otherwise, you could do Format, Page, Page Setup, click on the
relevant paper definition, Edit, and set suitable printer adjustments.

Charles,
Same thing, I've tried everything I can think of, I suspect it has to be
WP11, being all the rest of my software prints out margins OK.
I have a new copy of WP x3, but gave up after it kept dialing up. I see
there is SP1 & SP2 available for it, but with only a dial-up and 82 Mb SP
downloads I gave up & went back to WP11.
