| Sending WP document with letter head and graphics |
 |

I have a letter head for my business which includes a couple of small
graphics. I would like to email a WP page using "Outlook" to an
associate
who uses MS Word. I would like for the email page to show the entire
letterhead including the graphics. Am I asking too much from WP or Outlook?
When I complete the document, I select the entire page. Then ... File/Send
To/ mail
What I end up with is the completed document on Outlook's email text page,
but no letterhead with graphics. Is there anyway to do this and have the
graphics on the letter head transfer also? Or am I expecting the impossible.
Thank you for any help ... a faithful WP user who refuses to switch to MS
Word simply for compatibility
Jerry

Why not publish to pdf and use it as the common viewer?

Reason: Because it requires several extra steps which includes having to
publish the file, then find it and then attach it to the email.
I have done that. Thanks for your response anyway,

I appreciated Ken's direction. What he suggested is what I have been doing.
Publish to PDF. Save the file, then create an email, thread to where I had
saved it, and then attach the PDF file. Still hope that someone will jump in
here and provide so additional insight on my original question. Is there
another way to copy the WP file on screen, graphics and all and transfer to
an email?

After some extensive trial and error, I guess Ken Hobson had it right after
all. Anyway you cut it, PDF or whatever, one still has to go thru the
process of attaching the file. PDf appears to be the way to go. Thanks Ken.
