Shown below is a cross section of a file. The letters, RU have somehow become
sandwiched in between the ticks. This shows in particular, under draft and page
views and ironically enough under 100%. Anything under or at 125% for example,
the letters display fine. As do when adding RU after further ticks.
Is there a fix for this so that everything displays correctly? Or, is the file
corrupted in any way?
Thanks

Michael,
I am not clear whether you have the letters 'RU' intentionally
superposed on the tick marks (or even sub-posed!).
But try adding the start-up switch /dm-90 to WPWin11. This increases
the white space by reducing the character size to 90% of normal, without
changing pagination.

Charles
It says in Help to go to Run and type the start up switch from there. I've
tried typing: wp11win 90 and wpwin11/dm-90 without success.
How do I go about accomplishing this task? Also, if I'm not happy with the
way the text displays on screen, then how do I revert back to it's default?

Easiest is to create a Shortcut to the program and, after right-click,
Properties, add the switch to the end of the path in the Target Box.

Do not use the new Shortcut.

Michael,
If you right-click on your WPWin11 shortcut, Properties, what is shown
for the shortcut target?
Suppose the shortcut looks like C:\Program Files\WordPerfect Office
11\Programs\WPWin11.exe. Then edit that shortcut to read with quotes
"C:\Program Files\WordPerfect Office 11\Programs\WPWin11.exe" /dm-90
Now just double-click on that edited shortcut, to try the effect of /dm-90.
If you do not have such a shortcut, browse to file WPWin11.exe,
right-click, Create shortcut. Move that new shortcut to your desktop --
and proceed as above.
