Freezing when browsing a directory from File Open

We have been using WP 12 for some time.  Yesterday, one of the computers 
started freezing when browsing a certain directory on the network.  I can 
open documents from that directory from other comptuers.  But every time I 
go to that directory on this computer, WordPerfect freezes up.

Any ideas? 

Please try a repair of your system -- To do the repair, close all WPO12 
programs, and put the installation CD#1 in its drive, and start the 
installation process.  At the first prompt, choose the middle option to 
repair installation errors.

If that does not help, please try renaming the default template file, 
probably WP12US.WPT (where US is your language) to WP12Back.WPT. 
Re-launch WPWin12 and a new default template file will be created.  Does 
that help?

If it does help, you could then copy a working version of WP12US.WPT 
from a 'good' PC.
