| TOA displays wrong page numbers |

I created a TOA and every time I generate it, it gives the wrong page
number - one that is about 4 LESS than the actual page number. Any ideas?

WP is reading what it considers to be the page numbers.
Please: what are you using to determine what the page numbers should be?
If not already, you could make WP display page numbers, if only
temporarily, as a check.
