WordPerfect 12 crashes when trying to save or open a document. Sometimes I
can get to a document through Windows Explorer, but can't then save it. No
error codes appear.
I have uninstalled and re-installed (several times). Other programs (e.g.,
Word) run fine. Other actions I've taken include (--I am a novice!): running
AVG virus scan, Adaware, Spybot, and Eusing Free Resgistry cleaner.' Have
also deleted temp internet files and cookies.
I have also checked Corel's database and FAQs -- no luck.
can anyone help??
