I can not access my WordPerfect Mail on my desktop or laptop. An error
message appears which states "error problems during authenication"
with the
password or the server is having problems. I can access my e-mail from other
sources such as outlook and earthlink. So, I know my password is not the
problem. This is a recurring problem and this time WordPerfect Mail has
been out for many days. Can anyone help, Thanx, Craig

Did this resolve itself (which does happen sometimes, for no apparent
reason)?
What authentication settings does your email server use? What service
packs do you have installed -- I really don't trust any of the service
packs.
There are a couple of possible answers, but it kind of depends on your
issues.
