How do I use Wordperfect Mail to read these newsgroups rather than Outlook?

WP Mail is not support NNTP and so cannot be used
to read newsgroups.  Also, the only way one can
read newsgroups using Outlook is by using an
add-in (like "MAPILab NNTP for Outlook") since
Outlook doesn't support NNTP either.  I do
realize, however, that you may have been referring
to Outlook Express here, and not Outlook.
