Every time SEND button is pressed, error comes up saying "you must check
for
new messages before sending mail"
or something like that, even when hitting "send and receive" button.
It
tries on startup to send message (There are unsent messages in your outbox -
do ya wanna send them now?) I click YES as hard as I can LOL,but still no
joy
anyone seen this before?

What happens when you try to receive mail first then try to send? Some
mail servers require an authentication before you can send. The
authentication is simply checking for e-mail. This is how all my mail
servers are set up in order to prevent people from using them for
spamming.
