SP2 - not able to install on Vista

I am trying to install SP2 on X3 which has Vista Home premium.

I get error that it is unbale to install but when I try to view thw
log file, Corel's installer just closes.

I have deleted all the temp files but I still can't SP2 to install.

Any ideas?

The first step is to verify that you have the right release of X3 to be 
patched by SP2.

Do Help, About WordPerfect and report back with the number xxx in 
13.0.0.xxx.

Also for completeness, let us know if which version of X3 you have -- full 
retail, OEM such as on a Dell or HP, Home, etc.

Are you asking about WordPerfect?  This is in the WordPerfectMail group.

You gave only part of the answer that Jack (et al) is looking for. 
Please do what he says.  When in WP, click Help, then click About 
WordPerfect.  The version of the program will be shown.   It is a number 
like 13.0.0.565  or   13.0.0.470 ...   The last 3 digits are the version 
that tells what SP it is presently at.
