I gave a complete macro example in the wpu thread that I referenced.
Thunderbird allows so many options that I didn't make a Procedure() in
the wpu thread. A Procedure() can easily be used to pass the parts that
you want.
Unless you post your code, I can't see where you went amiss.

Hi
I read through all those threads and the WP manual until my eyes glazed
over and I though little fairies were taking me off to never, neverland.
It ended with the line
Quote
After edit: the word is that mailto: does not support attachments.
End Quote
The last post still was not answered about attaching pdf files.
In the Mozilla Command Line Options page, at the bottom I found ;
Each message option follows the syntax field=value, for example:
- to=foo@nowhere.net
- subject=cool page
- attachment=www.mozilla.org
- attachment='file:///c:/test.txt'
- body=check this page
Doesn’t attachment='file:///c:/test.txt' mean that a file can be
sent as an attachment?
How then do I use that command line in my macro?
I thought c: should always be followed by a backward slash \ so why the
c:/ in that command line?
In any case the / or the \ do not work in my mini macro as I tried them
both.
