I used the kludge of using version 2.x of LD loader and I can now print
pages. However, I find that I still can't print envelopes. Very odd.

JRT: have you tried using an updated printer driver from
http://www.columbia.edu/~em36/wpdos/#printer ?

I think that I am currently using one that I setup myself. There aren't
many options for a PostScript driver.
But, I might try a different one and see if that makes any difference.
