WINE-0.9.50 vs. WPO-X3

So, I installed the current version of WINE and although it is a bit 
rough, WPO-X3 installed.  There are checkboxes and buttons in the 
install dialog that don't appear till you click them.  It doesn't have 
the problem starting up which was reported with the current release of 
CrossOver.

Unfortunately, WordPerfect doesn't work very well.  Well actually, it 
works fine till it quits.  Then the WINE debugger runs and it closes 
cleanly.
