| DLLs not registering after Reboot |

Using Zen 6.5 sp2, create app object to distribute Flash Player 9 via an
executable (.exe) to restricted user's PCs. Install seems to run fine, but when
restricted user logs in, receives an error message that the DLL did not register
("Error occurred calling DLLRegisterServer in C:\WinNT\System32\....). I
have had this issue before as well. How do I get a prepacked app such as Flash
Player 9 to install the DLLs before the user/workstation loses the elevated
rights Zen gives it?
