install db2k runtime on windows 2003 server

Is there an incompatibly between DB2K and Windows 2003 server.  I can run my app
on 2003 Pro?

There is no incompatibility but there could be a security issue on 
Windows 2003. It is called DEP. There is information at Ken Mayer's site
