Michael Nuwer's Web tutorial sample app

Started using Michael's web toturial, and could not download the sample web app
- the link in the tutorial would not work.

I'm sure just an oversight (a rare one for him) on Michael's part.  Hope he
checks in here and lets me know where I can get these files (or someone else may
know as well).

Michael,

I downloaded the tutorial pages and the source, and returned to session 1 to
finish out installing the sample web app.  I copied the source files to my
documentroot - C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs. 
Near the end of the session, it indicates to navigate to the
...htdocs\signup\source and run BuildAllToSamples.  

I must have missed something, cause I have no folders at all under htdocs, and
Buildalltosample was not a file in the source files.  Any chance you could get
me on the right track?
