| Apache 2.2 (or later), and Vista ... |

Heeelp!?!
Sigh. I used to have a configuration file for Apache that worked, but
more recent versions have changed, and I cannot get Apache running on
Vista.
Anyone? I would appreciate seeing an http.conf configuration file for
Apache 2.2 that runs on Vista ... I hate this configuration stuff, and
it always confuses me. Of course the KB article I wrote years ago is not
very helpful ...
If you have something that works, if you could email it to me at ken at
goldenstag dot net I would greatly appreciate it (like usual, change the
words "at" and "dot" to the appropriate symbols and remove
the spaces).
Thanks ...
Ken

Have you tried the Apache web site and/or mailing lists for suggestions?
If you haven't already done so, try turning the windows firewall
completely and going from there.

Sorry, I am sworn to secrecy.
I haven't had an opportunity to check vista & Apache 2.2.x, nor with 2.0.x,
yet. x64 & 2.0.x I can help you all day though.
Try John Creed, he may have gone that way already.

Haven't had time. I'm swamped right now. I will try the firewall thing
... probably tomorrow or this weekend sometime ...
