I have no experience with that, but to help that others answer your
question, let us know a bit more like which version of dBASE and what
has happened when you tried to access mySQL.

Yes it does. But I would not advise using it as it is still a Beta version
and has been for a long time (not sure if they are ever going to finally
publish it). Their version 3.51 is the one you should be using.
I use 3.51 with the current and previous version of dBase and they work
fine.

environment: dBase 2.6/BDE 5.01
If I want access database via myODBC 5,
step 1: config myODBC 5,
step 2: config BDE 5
step 1 is fine, no any proble.
step 2 occur error and no any message and close BDE when I press 'Apply'.

Yes, myODBC 3.51 is work fine,
Now I'm need to test myODBC 5.x,
everytime close BDE when I press 'Apply'.
no any error message be show.
